Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling
If the products of your order are in stock, we will generally ship them between 1 and 10 business days. If faster shipping is required please leave us a note with your purchase or choose expedited shipping at the checkout. We ship items Monday through Friday. We are a brick and mortar store and also an internet retailer, and inventories may fluctuate and/or deviate from what is stated online. In the event that we are out of stock on a product you have ordered, we will notify you and proceed to either ship the item when it becomes available or cancel the order.

If your Billing and Shipping addresses are different we may be required to speak with the cardholder before any order is shipped.

Please check the SHIP TO ADDRESS on your order Confirmation very closely. If you fail to provide us with the correct shipping information and we incur additional charges to deliver the items, you will be charged $15.00.

We ship to the USA only. Expedited shipping options are not available for Hawaii, and Alaska. Some items may be marked as flammable and will only be allowed to ship by ground. Regular shipping rates are calculated by the weight and dimensions of the box(es) and/or bags being shipped.
