55% Striped Wool Blanket

I love the simple, classic design of these blankets. I bought the red, blue and beige to help make our chilly basement sitting room feel cozier. When they arrived they smelt a bit musty and were extremely stiff and uninviting. After researching, I washed them in cold water with a lanolin soap (maybe should have dry cleaned….). The red one leaked a lot of dye, and went quite fluffy after I dried it in the dryer on cold air. The blue and the beige fared better (I just spun them, no drying) and are not too fluffy. All are now soft and lovely to use and no longer smell. I am very happy with them and feel they were a great value purchase.
